Nov 10 - 19, 2017
by Elizabeth Peavey
written and performed by Elizabeth Peavey
When Elizabeth Peavey’s mother passes away, she is faced with figuring out what to do with her mother’s “stuff”. And so begins a funny and poignant journey that takes a daughter both forward and backwards in time from child to caregiver, as she sorts out the contents and memories of a life with and without her mother. Winner of the 2013 Maine Literary Award for Best Drama, The Public Theatre is proud to collaborate on an exciting new version of this heartfelt and humorous story that has attracted sold-out crowds and been performed to standing ovations for the past six years.
