Exchange Policy

All Ticket Sales are Final. No refunds will be issued unless the performance is canceled.

Exchanges may be made up to 5:00 pm three days prior to your scheduled performance.

Exchanges are subject to a $5.00 fee per transaction.

Separate exchange policies may be set for special events. They will be noted on your ticket order confirmation.

CALL THE BOX OFFICE at 207-782-3200 or EMAIL US by 5:00 pm three days prior to your scheduled performance to exchange your ticket for another performance of the show. (subject to availability).

If no tickets for the same show are available you may:

• • Request a voucher good for any regularly priced event, valid for one year from date of issue.**  Vouchers are redeemed at the value of the original ticket purchase.
  • Donate the value of your ticket to support The Public Theatre. You will receive acknowledgement as a donor.

** Special Events and co-productions are excluded.
